Between the abundance of squash (acorn, butternut, kabocha and pumpkin) to truffles, apples, concord grapes and root vegetables, fall may be the season we most look forward to when it comes to cooking and/or, more importantly, eating. For those of you who may fall into that latter category (farmer’s markets aren’t for everyone), we’ve curated a list of the best seasonal dishes around town. On the menu?
