EQUAL PARTS SULTRY AND BUBBLY—BRAZILIAN MODEL LUMA GROTHE WAS TAILOR-MADE FOR HIGH FASHION FAME.

As mentioned before, this week’s CITIPHILE Luma Grothe has the whole modeling thing down pat, on both the runway and editorial sides. Signed at only 16, the Brazilian bombshell has already worked alongside industry legends like Mario Testino and Ellen von Unwerth, not to mention scored the coveted position of becoming major beauty brand L’Oréal’s featured face. Besides her Miranda Kerr-meets-Angelina Jolie good looks, her decidedly unmodel-like disposition (read talkative, smart and tongue-in-cheek hilarious) has no doubt contributed to the beauty’s rapid success. Here, we take a pointed look at Grothe’s evolution.
