NYFW SS’17 | First Look

SPRING 2017 IS LOOKING BRIGHT… AND MINIMALIST, METALLIC AND MAJOR.

Between partying it up with the Baja East boys on Brooklyn rooftops (juicy details to come tout suite) to our heeled marathons around NYC as we jump from show to show, this NYFW has been more of a “slap-in-the-face-summer-is-over” than a gentle “back-to-school-slide.” That being said, who are we to complain about fashion-filled dinner parties and first glimpses at extraordinary clothes? Indeed, there are worse problems. In the spirit of the week and in honor of so many of our local designer buds, we’ve rounded up a few of the most memorable looks we’ve seen thus far (we should mention that Rosetta Getty stole our hearts this season, and in our opinion, the show). Wonderfully, there are checks, Japanese pleating, rose hues and jewel tones galore meaning Spring ’17 is shaping up to be one for the (little black) books.  Take a peak at our favorites below.
